Does WFH affect creativity?

Using cameras (vs. being in-person) curb idea generation by narrowing visual and cognitive focus (Brucks & Levav, 2022). It's not clear if this would apply to audio-only collaboration, and this only applies to creative tasks that must be done collaboratively in real-time, which represents only some of the creativity needed at work.
